So I haven't posted in a couple days.
I couldn't weigh myself the morning of the 3rd because I had spent the night at the bfs.
That day was awful for food as well.
It started out good. I had half of what I planned on eating. Then I had some cheesy crackers and a pizza pop. Then being down on myself for that I had a huge steak, 2 pizza pops, a big glass of juice, a big glass of milk and hot chocolate with milk. so I probably had at least 2500 cals! (160+260x3+100+170x2+80x2+300+80=1920 plus whatever the steak was).
So awful right?
Which meant this morning instead of seeing a positive number I was at 147.4.
And I just started my period today which makes things even worse because the number on the scale is probably going to reflect that and I'm really bloated and have major cramps. ugh.
