just a quick note...

Giving an actual reason for going off ABC and a new plan.
I could have probably lost quite a bit of weight on the ABC Diet. I should have stuck to it. But I find it extremely difficult having to check to see how many calories I can have each day and not being able to go much over them. Getting a meal plan together was a pain. I couldn't have milk in my coffee if I didn't feel like having it black, I couldn't have any hot chocolate on cold nights, I couldn't have toast in the morning if I felt like it. It was far too strict for me.
It was nice having an actual plan but with it changing everyday and having to make meal plans, it left no room for anything else and I like having a plan with a little room.
With the calories being so low I wasn't able to have any of my comfort food and it makes me feel like crap even if I go a little over.
Besides, I know what works. I can lose weight pretty well on 500-1000 cals a day. So I'm going to. Toss in up to 2 days for every 10 where I get to have up to 1500 cals. Those calories should work for me.
Next, exercise. I'm going to try to go for a walk that lasts at least 30 mins 8/10 days. Winters coming so snow may make me stop but I want to avoid weight gain this winter. Then I'm going to try workouts I can do inside that I get out of magazines at least 8/10 nights. Maybe after I move I'll set my wii back up as well and if my moms still working use that while shes at work or something. Maybe try and get her to join in.

anyway, it's 330am and ive got places to be, people to do and things to see so I'm off. later.
